Great question! Head on over to the "Contact" page and complete the form. You can either request a free 15-minute consultation call to ask questions and determine fit. Or, if you're ready to jump in, you can request schedule an intake. I will call you back within 48-hours to get you all set up.

What are your fees?
Your intake session costs $175, all additional sessions costs $150. At intake, clients will complete a Credit Card Authorization form supplying current payment info. Therapist will run the card electronically at the time of your session. All major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards accepted.
A small number of sliding-scale appointments may be available to those who qualify. Please ask for more information if you are interested in this option.

Do you accept insurance?
I do not bill insurance. However, I can provide clients with an invoice for each session (known as a superbill) which can be submitted to your insurance provider. Depending on your plan, you may receive reimbursement from your insurance provider. I cannot make any guarantee of repayment. If you are interested in this option, I recommend contacting your insurance provider ahead of session to inquire about your out-of-network benefits.

How does tele-therapy work?
I began offering tele-therapy in 2020 and I really enjoy the ease and access it provides clients! The best part is, tele-therapy allows me to work with clients all across the US! I currently provide tele-therapy in Kansas, Missouri, Maine, and Florida.
I use a HIPAA-compliant tele-therapy platform called Simple Practice. This technology allows client and therapist to see/hear each other clearly with the confidence of additional embedded security features to protect your privacy. You will receive an email the week of/day of your appointment containing a link to click to access your video session. The link is accessible on smart phone and/or computer.
